TRAINING COURSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

 

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO PROVISIONS THAT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY WHICH MAY APPEAR IN CAPITAL LETTERS.

Pricing

 

R4,250 ex VAT per seat. Early Bird Saving of 10% if booked & paid before 1st day of the month of the scheduled event.

Price includes refreshments & lunch. Your training material access code will be provided onsite upon signing the attendance register. Magic making starts at 08h30 & runs till 16h00. Limited seats per course. Group bookings available upon request.

 

Payment Terms: 100% is payable upon acceptance of this agreement.

 

Payments are to be paid via EFT into the following banking account:

Your order is on-hold until we confirm payment has been received. Your payment reference must include your order number.

 

Only once payment is reflecting in our bank account will your booking for the course be final.

Cancellations

 

  • NO REFUNDS to attendees who are a “no-show”
  • 100% CANCELLATION FEE PAYABLE on cancellation within 5 days of the scheduled event date.
  • Should the client wish to amend the event date after the payment has been made, then Social Path reserve the right to charge a re-booking fee of up to 20%.
  • Should Social Path cancel the course for whatever reason, the client shall be entitled to;
    • Option to attend an alternative course date
    • 100% refund of the origional amount paid

 

Event dates may be changed from time to time which shall be communicated in writing with alternative dates to accomodate all attendees.

 

Should Social Path be requested to train at a client venue for “in-house training” the client shall provide;

  • The venue
  • Data projector
  • Presentation screen
  • Refreshments and lunch for attendees and speakers

 

Should the “in-house training” fall outside of the Greater Johannesburg area, travel and accommodation shall be paid for by the client. Arrangements can be made by emailing hello@socialpath.co.za
