Charlotte majored in Psychology and Communication and began her career in the IT recruitment industry. Her passion lies in IT and digital and she furthered her knowledge through her successful completion of her international accredited (CPD certified) foundation diploma in Social Media and Online Reputation Management, which she passed with merit. Charlotte is hungry to increase her understanding of digital.
She passed the International accreditation of the Digital Marketing Institute to achieve her Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing and has also completed Search Marketing and Search Engine Optimization Courses and a Social Media and Content Marketing Course giving her a well-rounded knowledge of all disciplines within digital.

Specializing in overall digital business presence strategies. She offers a consultancy and implementation service backed by a strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, and how that ties into the overall marketing mix within the Business’s strategy. She assists Business/Brands with digital media strategy, media planning and buying, digital campaign management, campaign planning, digital customer research, digital project briefings and coordination, and optimization and reporting.

Monica has a decade of client love experience and has all the time in the world to catch up with and drink coffee with our clients. She is our very own onsite barista. Monica brings passion and dedication to the job and is always willing to learn. Mom by night and project planner by day.
She is a passionate, dedicated individual, who always endeavors to produce high quality solutions and value to any business. Monica strives to always be efficient and take pride in all aspects of the work she does. She is self-motivated and can adapt to any given situation or challenge. Monica has efficient time management skills and has a good work ethic and gets along well with people.
Weronika Lukasiak Designer & Artist
Ever since she was a young girl, she has had a passion for design, art and just the idea of creating things on her own. She knew design was a career goal for her when she began building high-chairs for her dolls and making DIY calendars for her family during Christmas. Currently, this passion has driven towards a digital design lifestyle, this includes branding, logo design, social media content design, website design and digital illustration.
She grew her passion into her career by obtaining a BA in Visual Communications followed by a BA Honors in Design. During her studies, she further developed her skills by freelancing before joining our team. When she’s not designing away or drawing on her iPad, she is attempting to travel the world. When she is nestled at home she is continuously purchasing plants and exploring various restaurants or simply spending quality time with her family and friends. She believes “I am lucky enough to do what I love every day, and because of this I thrive in my industry.”
Jana Elizabeth Doyle Social Media & Content Coordinator
Jana is an Experienced Event & Project Manager with ten years experience in managing large scale events including sports events and tournaments, expo’s, international & local conferences as well as brand & marketing campaigns. Worked with blue-chip clients such as Pick n Pay, Dimension Data, BSG, Santam and Sanlam. Skills include project management from initial planning, implementation and achieving client KPI’s.
Key skills include project implementation and management, content curation, HR Recruitment and Training, Relationship Management, Planning and Logistics. Strong analytical qualities and strategic and innovation management, ability to work within a budget, strong presentation skills to the client on the success of the event and suggested improvements for future activity.
Dixi Collett PA to MD | Finance Department
Dixi, lovingly known as our “Rottweiler” is our one-person multi-tasking accounts department. She looks after our MD, team and finance. She has worked as a Financial Controller, Supervising Accountant & Production Accountant. Her experience spans: Budgeting, Scheduling, Cash Flows, Electronic Payments, Statutory Schedules & Payments, Cost Reports, Petty Cash, Wages & Salaries, Auditing of paperwork to prepare for auditors & DTI (Department of Trade and Industry).
Outside her Film Industry experience, Dixi ran her family business for 12 years: Production of vacuum-formed interior parts & windows for aircraft. Working with Casinos, Hotels, Secretarial & Musicians as well as working on Movie Magic Budgeting & Scheduling & EP Budgeting, Vista, PSL, Goldfinger & FilmAcc. Revelation, Quickbooks & Pastel. Her experience spans Payroll Packages: Payday & VIP Payroll. Efiling & Easyfile for statutory declarations & payments to South African Revenue Service plus IRP5 Tax Certificates. Banks: Standard Bank, First National Bank, Nedlink & Netbank Business for Electronic Payments.
Daniel Craig Barnard Graphic Designer
Daniel’s skills have formed as a result of him having a natural eye for design as well as a fundamental desire to understand how things work. He became a self-taught Photoshop wiz while still in Junior High and went on to study design and make a career of it since.
Over the last 9 years, he has gained experience from both digital and print industries. He offers a unique, calculated and out-of-the-box approach to meeting clients’ needs with design.
Willie Cloete Web Guru
He is very passionate about the application of software and electronics in the telemetry industry. His focus for 15 years has been the development of client-server technologies where the majority of data was sourced from the user or third party software components. Recently this focus moved more toward the sourcing of data from physical environments or objects to provide an additional data component to existing and new systems.
This additional data source provides for exciting new capabilities when combined with custom or existing electronics and via conventional online systems and mobile applications, there is nothing that can not be monitored or controlled from anywhere in the world.
